The main manufacturing Activities are conducted in the state-of-the-art-facilities created in the sprawling buildings of 25000 Sq. Ft floor area in the Gokul Industrial Area of Hubli, in the state of Karnataka, buzzing with Industrial activities and better known as the Valves Manufacturing Hub and Industrial Cluster of Valves Manufacturers.
The manufacturing facilities consist of CNC Machines and testing bed specially designed & created for Precision Pressure Testing. EOT & HOT cranes and strategically positioned Jib crane facilitate the material transportation and handling of heavy castings.
Industries which also is an ISO Certified Company and is equipped with the latest and the state-of-the-art equipments such as Induction-Furnace supplied by Inducto-therm, Spectro from Spectromax of Germany and UTM from FIE Ichalkaranji. It also has one of the best world-class fettling shops highly qualified and experienced personnel that ensure flaw-less castings strictly monitor every stage of manufacturing. The materials of castings conform to the grades as per ASTM and other standards. Our castings are supplied to well-known companies such as Forbes Marshall and other leading valve manufacturers.
