About Us:

Metflow Controls is a unit of SCH Group of Companies and an ISO 9001:2000 Certified and IBR approved Company. The company is engaged in the manufacture of Industrial Ball Valves, Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Swing Check Valves, Butterfly valves of #150,300 and 800 which are developed at its own R&D facilities manned by experts in the field. Having successfully done so it is now engaged in the development of higher-class Valves i.e.600, 900, 1500 and 2500 Class. Mr. Sunil Hiremath, the young & dynamic industrialist, is the Managing Director.

Infrastructure:

The main manufacturing Activities are conducted in the state-of-the-art-facilities created in the sprawling buildings of 25000 Sq. Ft floor area in the Gokul Industrial Area of Hubli, in the state of Karnataka, buzzing with Industrial activities and better known as the Valves Manufacturing Hub and Industrial Cluster of Valves Manufacturers.

The manufacturing facilities consist of CNC Machines and testing bed specially designed & created for Precision Pressure Testing. EOT & HOT cranes and strategically positioned Jib crane facilitate the material transportation and handling of heavy castings.

Quality Castings:

The entire range of castings are Self Produced at our own Group Concern Metcast Steel Industries which also is an ISO Certified Company and is equipped with the latest and the state-of-the-art equipments such as Induction-Furnace supplied by Inducto-therm, Spectro from Spectromax of Germany and UTM from FIE Ichalkaranji. It also has one of the best world-class fettling shops highly qualified and experienced personnel that ensure flaw-less castings strictly monitor every stage of manufacturing. The materials of castings conform to the grades as per ASTM and other standards. Our castings are supplied to well-known companies such as Forbes Marshall and other leading valve manufacturers.

The In-House R & D

The superior quality valves produced by us are the resultant out come of hard efforts and development in R&D by our Team of qualified and experienced Engineers and Technocrats, within our own premises. This is done with the help of 3D modeling design Software installed in our Design Department.
